You're only as good as this...

You’re only as good as the people that surround you.  So, who’s currently surrounding you?  Does your staff think outside the box and challenge the organization (and you) to get better?  Do your board of trustees or overseers have experiences or skills that exceed your own?  These are great questions to ponder, if you want to create a healthy, growing church.  You will need people around you that continue to make you and your organization better.  Unfortunately, many leaders are the smartest person in their group, or at least they think so.  This is dangerous for them and for the health of their church.
