It is true that your church needs highly skilled and purpose-filled employees.  It is also true that the better you care for your staff, the longer your staff will stay with you.  Care comes in many different forms.  Unfortunately, many churches overlook this simple thought, because it is difficult to see how it pays off.  However, it does pay off in huge ways, one of which is that it will attract talent to your staff like you’ve never seen before.  Let me give you some examples that I’ve studied from larger corporations and modeled in our church benefits program.
