We have found that everyone has an idea of how to support their team or group well, however many times formulating a plan to help those that don't where to start is key. This will help every team and group support well and have a consistency to how their team members are cared for. Without this, each team or group has a different systems and runs the risk of missing some valuable ways to support and serve each other.

We have created a meal plan guide for times of need within our teams and groups. It is attached to this post. I hope that it helps give some ideas of how intentional planning can help your volunteer teams and groups support each other in difficult times.

We love our teams and groups, but to try to handle this with staff is very challenging. Our team and group leaders come alongside each other and support in so many ways. If this is in tact at your church, you will love the results.
